Name of the register

Veijo Kinnunen - e-commerce customer register.

Purpose

The register is used for customer relationship management and as a source of information for business decisions. The register may be used for marketing purposes, but not for electronic marketing without the recipient's permission.

Data content of the register

As a condition of registration, the customer applies for a username via the application form. If the application is accepted, the data is stored in the Kinnunen customer register, from which only the relevant data is transferred to the customer register of the Veijo Kinnunen online store. The information transferred includes name, company, customer number, e-mail, telephone number, customer's permitted payment methods, billing address, postal address and any discounts available to the customer. The customer can also apply for an e-commerce account by phone, e-mail or through our shop. The Kinnunen e-commerce database contains all the information the customer has in the online shop. The data controller has access to the database to solve problems.

The mandatory information for the customer register can be obtained from the registration form. You can change and complete the information by contacting our customer service.

Disclosure of information

The data will not be disclosed to third parties without the customer's request.

Principles for the protection of the register

All data in the register is stored on systems that are carefully protected both network and physical. Access to the data is restricted to key personnel only and requires logging in with a username and password. The online shop is protected by SSL technology.

You can correct and complete your own information by contacting our customer service.

Other possible rights

The data subject has the right to object to the controller processing data relating to him or her for the purposes of direct marketing, distance selling and other direct marketing, market research and public opinion polling.
